He has earned an Associate Degree in Drafting and Design Technology from Pennsylvania State University as well as a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Youngstown State University. Prior to his tenure with LTS, he gained 17 years of experience in mechanical drafting and design. During that time he held various managerial positions in design and training departments. Since the inception of LTS, Roy has been and continues to be involved in all aspects of the business including administration, training, sales and technical support.

| Charlie Demarest, Vice President and owner/operator of LTS |

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Connecticut. During an 11 year stint prior to his present position, he worked as a design engineer at various office and construction sites in the US and Europe. Since being part of the team to launch LTS, he has been involved in all aspects of its operation. Charlie’s specialties include AutoCAD customization and 3D solid modeling. He has earned the ranking of an Autodesk Inventor Certified Expert.

| Eric Scales, Mechanical Application Engineer |

He received an Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Pennsylvania State University. Eric joined LTS following 18 years at a variety of drafting and design engineer positions where he gained a broad understanding of 2D and 3D design methods as well as manufacturing processes. Today, he puts that experience to use in the training and support of LTS customers.

He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University. Prior to joining LTS, he garnered five years of sales experience in the arena of industrial equipment and material. With this experience he understands the needs of commercial clients and can communicate easily with them.

She brings 25 years of retail sales and customer satisfaction experience to LTS. Kelly’s main responsibility at LTS is to assure our customer’s satisfaction with their investment in Autodesk Subscription. She also handles inside sales and marketing functions.
